Soulful coaching for magical people.

Hi, I’m Jana.

I’m a neurodivergent queer life coach for sensitive souls who want to live wild, tender, and free. I help late bloomers, wallflowers, and wanderers find their unique path to flourishing.

I’m obsessed with helping women and queers reconnect to their embodied wisdom, self-trust, and power so they can create the life they really want.

Because the world needs you - the real you. Taking up space and blooming fully is both your birthright and a gift to the world.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, brainfogged, stuck on the sidelines or the crossroads of life... in a career or a life that’s too small for the fullness of your gifts and your wild heart… not sure where you fit, not feeling seen or known for who you really are… the one who gives and listens, but ends up feeling empty… I see you.

If a part of you believes there’s more out there for you, there is.

Let’s talk - I’d love to help.

“I often joke that Jana sits on my personal Board of Directors. She’s an excellent thought partner, strategizer, co-creator, energizer, and digester. She has specifically supported me through liminal moments of transition - moments where I felt lost, disembodied, and far from myself + my values.

Most recently, Jana supported me in aligning my highest desires and priorities around my longheld dream to travel abroad for a few months, despite how risky that felt. After a particular coaching conversation, I felt confident to take action on what I deeply resisted, yet simultaneously desired.

Along the way, Jana reaffirmed the gifts I was giving myself during this process. This witnessing was incredibly powerful, as it put me in contact with my own sense of agency. Priceless.”

It’s growing season

Metaphors can be useful in coaching to make connections and spark new thinking. I love the idea of a garden as a metaphor for your life. Like a garden, our lives are always ebbing and flowing with the seasons; there’s a time for weeding, for planting, for harvesting, for saving seeds, for rest. Life flows better when we work with the natural intelligence of the planet, rather than against it.

With curious presence, we can come to intimately know our own rhythms. With intentional action, we can cultivate what deeply nourishes our souls, inviting balance and abundance.

To explore this metaphor, you might ask yourself:

  • If my life was a garden, what season am I in now? How am I embracing this season, and how am I resisting it?

  • How much structure is here? Where did these structures come from, and are they still serving me?

  • How much wildness is here? Is the balance of structure & wildness working for me?

  • As the gardener, what would I like to start planting now for the future? What would be a blessing to harvest in a few month’s time? A year? 10 years?

  • What’s precious to me, that I want to take care to nurture and protect?

  • What kinds of helpful allies and collaborators would I like to attract to my garden?

Use these questions as a starting place to uncover a new insight. Then, just like you would in a real garden, choose a corner of earth where you can get your hands dirty - a place in your right-now life where you can experiment.

Dig deeper

This exercise is just one of an infinite number of ways that we can play in coaching to generate new thinking.

New thinking -> new experiments in your life -> new growth

Session by session, the learning expands. Somatic embodiment is woven into my coaching, to deepen and integrate the work. This isn’t just about thinking and talking, it’s about feeling, moving, and taking inspired action!
