About me Jana Busbin

I’m a proud late bloomer. I didn’t discover I had ADHD until I was 38, but the signs were always there. My life has been filled with a deep fascination for the unseen, the magical, and the mysteries of life. I adore beauty that touches the soul, that reminds us of our true nature. I’ve always had an incredible capacity to deep dive, an insatiable curiosity for psychology, communication, relationships, personal development, spirituality, ancient places, movement practices, sacred experiences, and channeling the divine through art.

While my internal world was bursting with aliveness, I struggled to find my path in the “real” world. I’ve often felt fundamentally incompatible with city living and the modern workplace—a system disconnected from the natural rhythms of the body, the joy of singing and dancing, living in harmony with the land and each other. For much of my life, this disconnect caused cognitive dissonance and stagnation, and my life was compartmentalized into “work” (where I played a role, masked, and fawned) and “not-work” (where I could be me, sometimes).

Throughout my career I’ve looked for the places that felt alive and human. I found opportunities to help people while being creative: in event coordination, personal styling, operations, and client success for mission-led orgs, to name a few. I even did business development for coaches and healers. All the while, I felt the call to coaching but was afraid to claim it.

In 2023, amidst a particularly hard year, I decided it was time to fully embrace and develop my gifts. I knew that if I didn’t allow myself to be the coach I already was, I’d never stop wondering “what if?”

I took the leap and completed my Co-Active Coach Training with CTI. Shortly thereafter, I studied feminine embodiment with Nada Mesqui of Raindrop Movement and earned my Foundations of Feminine Embodiment Certification. I am currently completing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with ICF, and doing independent studies on energetics, feminine archetypes, and expressive movement practices.

I feel deeply honored to be at a point in my career where I can create real impact in people’s lives while continuing to grow in my own understanding of magical humans and life’s mysteries.

And of course… I love seeing women and queer people absolutely thrive!

I commit to create a safe space where all of you is free and celebrated. You don’t have to be “good” or try to get it “right.”

I will meet you with curiosity and without judgment. I respect and honor your life story, beliefs and cultural backgrounds, while also gently inviting you to try on new perspectives in service of you getting what you want (out of coaching, and out of life).

I will champion you, your gifts, and your inner knowing. You are the expert of your own life, and my mission is to help you align ever more deeply with that inner knowing.

I promise to bring my full presence and integrity to all of our work together. Together, we’ll co-create a partnership built on trust, openness, and a shared commitment to your growth.
