What is coaching?
Coaching is a creative partnership and a container for transformation.
It’s a space where you can get really honest and curious with yourself, connect to your body’s wisdom, unravel old patterns, and create and embody new possibilities. As your coach, I help you generate new thinking, awareness, and insights - then move into inspired action.
Powerful work happens in and out of the sessions; a key part of coaching is you taking the insights and making them real in your life by taking action.
My coaching style
Supportive, warm, spacious, challenging. Rich in visualization, metaphor, and grounded in embodiment practices. We play and we go deep. We vision and dream, but we also get specific and make it real. Together, we will co-create a relationship and a way of working that’s supportive of your brain, your body, and your gifts.
Working together
I work with clients on a short-term basis (3-6 months), as well as longer-term, ongoing engagements for those who want to continue and deepen the work. We typically meet for an hour-long video call, twice a month. If a different cadence or format works better for you, we’ll make a custom arrangement!
